Human Development Institute Profile

The Human Development Institute (HDI) was founded in 1981 by Dr. Roger K. Allen and C. Kay Allen to discover and disseminate principles and techniques to make individuals, families and organizations more effective.

HDI programs have been developed, tested and refined and are widely acclaimed as among the most powerful learning experiences available anywhere. People experience major life changes when they go through HDI programs in how they feel about themselves, their love and acceptance of others and their ability to achieve new levels of personal fulfillment and success.

Hundreds of thousands of lives have been impacted as a result of HDI programs.
